C&C Outdoors is a hunting community, land-access, and outdoor-gear marketplace. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, profile photo, and sign-in provider.
- Content you submit, including posts, comments, photos, videos, messages, reports, reviews, land listings, and marketplace listings.
- Booking, offer, order, membership, and subscription status needed to provide requested services.
- General locations you choose to publish. Exact property locations are kept private and are not included in public listing results.
- Technical and usage information needed for security, fraud prevention, upload limits, troubleshooting, and notifications.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, publish approved content, connect hunters and landowners, support marketplace activity, moderate content, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage; Apple and Google for sign-in, app distribution, and subscriptions; and infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Location privacy
Public land listings show only the general location provided by the owner. Exact directions may be shared only within an accepted booking workflow. Do not place private addresses or coordinates in public titles, descriptions, photos, or posts.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while the account is active and as needed for security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. You can initiate permanent deletion inside the app or at the Delete Account page. Deletion removes the account and associated content unless limited information must legally be retained.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, decline optional device permissions, block members, report content, and request access, correction, or deletion by emailing ccoutdoorssupport@gmail.com.
Children
C&C Outdoors is not directed to children under 13. Members must be at least 18 to sell goods, list land, enter a booking, or make a purchase unless a parent or legal guardian is responsible for the transaction.
