By creating an account or using C&C Outdoors, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Accounts and membership

Provide accurate information, protect your login, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Premium is $4.99 per month and Ultimate is $9.99 per month after any stated 7-day trial. Store billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

Community content

You retain ownership of your content and grant C&C Outdoors permission to host, display, process, and moderate it to operate the service. Content may remain pending until reviewed. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create safety or legal risk.

Land access

Landowners must own the property or have permission to offer access. Listings must accurately describe boundaries, rules, availability, and permitted activities. Hunters remain responsible for licenses, seasons, bag limits, weapons safety, insurance, and all applicable laws. C&C Outdoors is a connection platform and does not guarantee land condition, game availability, or participant conduct.

Marketplace

Firearms, ammunition, weapons, live animals, illegal wildlife products, licenses, and permits are prohibited. Sellers must describe item condition accurately. Buyers and sellers must use lawful shipping, pickup, and payment practices. Members must be at least 18 to sell, purchase, list land, or enter a booking.

Reviews and reports

Verified reviews are limited to completed bookings or delivered orders. Reports must be made honestly. False listings, scams, harassment, cruelty, illegal activity, and sexual or pornographic content are prohibited.

Disclaimer and liability

Outdoor activity carries inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, members accept responsibility for their decisions and interactions. The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Ending use

You may cancel a subscription through the store that billed it and may delete your account from the app. We may restrict accounts for safety, fraud, legal, or policy reasons.
